The total cost of production is determined in the Pre-Production Phase. The first step in this phase is the customers initial consultation. During this consultation customers will discuss their specific needs and budget requirements. There's no charge for the initial consultation. We will help customers design their video to get the best image for the least amount of dollars. From conception to scripting, Cvideo Productions can help create a project strategy to achieve customers video production goals, whatever they might be. We’ll consult with customers to determine objectives, concerns and possible approaches. Then we’ll develop a production strategy that incorporates everything customers told us. Once the concept is finalized, we provide a detailed script and budget so you know exactly what you’re paying for without any surprises.

This is where all the pre-production planning comes together. Cvideo Productions is responsible for every detail of your video production, using equipment packages appropriate for your specific project. We’ll report to you with production schedules, shot lists, script changes, video footage -- whatever you need to make certain your project stays on schedule and on budget!

This is where we sculpt the raw video material into a beautifully finished program. Our digital, non-linear editing system enables fast turnaround and total quality control of the image. We use advanced special effects to explain complex products and features, highlight capabilities or just to add excitement and impact when appropriate. At Cvideo Productions, you can be as involved as you want, sitting in on the editing process or just viewing rough-cuts and providing feedback.
